Our weekly 1,000 runs are printed and completed on Tuesday’s. Files must be submitted by Monday evening and will be added to the schedule on a first come, first serve basis. Ordering them before midnight on Monday gives you the best chance to make this weekly run. This run is a two sided (can be one sided if you wish, but the price is the same) full color run on our #100 Gloss Cover card stock. If you are uploading only one file please specify if you want them printed one sided or the same on both sides or they will be printed one sided. Please consult our pre-press guidelines if you are concerned about your design.

If your placed on hold due to file indescrepencies or you miss our floating cutoff you will not be printed until the following week. However if a spot becomes available that would be left blank otherwise there is a chance they may print before weeks end. However the likely hood of an opening is considerably small. Please contact us if you miss a 1,000 run and would like to change the quantity to print on a higher volume run because they print more frequently. If you change the order to a higher quantity additional fees will apply.

Although online ordering will serve you well in the long-term, you may want to consider dropping in to meet the folks at the print shop before you hire them. You’ll have the opportunity to form a solid personal relationship, let them know what print solutions you’re looking for, what you’re looking for in a printing company and you can even review examples of their commercial printing projects. Checking for and understanding how eager they are to provide you with budget-friendly and quality printing solutions for your company is something that can be accomplished, quickly and easily in person. Investing in an initial half hour meeting could result in an easy and fruitful long-term business relationship with the print company.

Often, following the printing company’s guidelines can make your projects faster, cheaper and more successful. Here are several questions to ask:

What types of print solutions do they specialize in? For instance, some commercial printing companies pride themselves in their quick turnaround for postcards, while others specialize in social printing, such as wedding and birthday invitations.

For instance, can you place the order while the designer uploads the file? What is the time frame in which you can replace the file if you’ve made a mistake?
